Quick & Easy Brown Mustard Aioli with Capers

Happy St. Patrick's Day, Sunshines!

While I'm boiling our Corned Beef, here's a quick, easy and delicious aioli to enjoy with your Corned Beef & Cabbage dinner tonight.

Leftovers are great on sandwiches or in potato salad.

Quick & Easy Brown Mustard Aioli with Capers
Time: 5 minutes

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (I like Hellman's/Best Food)
- 2 Tablespoons brown mustard (or just about any non-yellow mustard)
- 1.5 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon grated garlic
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons capers

Combine all ingredients except capers in a small bowl, mix thoroughly, then sprinkle capers on top, and serve alongside your Corned Beef & Cabbage.
