Cookalong Kitchen

UpdateTHE Cookalong Kitchen is temporarily out to lunch while our household focuses its energies on family and other pressing matters, but I do plan on its return sometime in the near future! In the meantime, I hope you enjoy browsing through our past virtual Cookshops. :)

Once a month on G+, I host a Cookalong, which is a self-paced cooking lesson/session featuring a specific menu, using my community, THE Cookalong Kitchen, to share recipes and other helpful information, pictures and videos.

If you'd like to join the community to cook along or watch along at your leisure and get recipes and helpful hints (joining does not obligate you to participate in any particular Cookalong), please request to join, and I'll approve your request as quickly as possible.

HOW COOKALONGS WORK:

1) I post all the recipes you'll need to participate in the Cookalong as well as other helpful informational and/or video links. (Just expand the event description for all details.)

2) For the entire month of the Cookalong, you cook the recipes from the list that you want to cook, at your leisure, and make comments/ask questions/post pictures in the community.

And it doesn't have to be the first day of the Cookalong. Some people cook ahead of the start day/time, and others later, depending on their schedule.

3) If you have any questions about the recipes - adaptations, ingredients, substitutions - just post them to the Community, and we'll all help one another out with our diverse cooking backgrounds and experiences.
